“The Jews are our misfortune”
-- The essence of the Nazi propaganda publication, Der Stürmer
“Inherently privileged white people are oppressing blacks and other people of color”
-- The essence of critical race theory
There are eerie parallels between today's ‘woke’ corporations and early Nazi Germany. Before you get your panties in a bunch, we’re not marginalizing nor are we even talking about the holocaust. We’re talking about the rhetoric, blaming, and discrimination of Jews that occurred circa 1933 in Germany, leading up to and before the holocaust.
HATE TRAINING: The Nazis used propaganda campaigns to promote hatred of Jews, blaming them for Germany's economic and social problems. They labeled Jews as being primarily interested in their own economic gain. Sound familiar?
Similarly, there are fortune 500 corporations (including Coca-Cola, Bank of America, AT&T, Verizon, Pfizer, Disney, Walmart, American Express, Rite Aid, Lowes, Lowe's, Truist Financial, Budweiser, Levi Strauss, Hasbro, etc) that have launched or sponsored 'training’ campaigns which look like attempts to indoctrinate employees into critical race theory.
Their ginning up of greivances against white people is working.
FILE LAWSUITS AGAINST THESE COMPANIES! These companies are violating the law (Title 7 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964) and they advertise it for all to see! Federal civil rights law prohibits discrimination based on race or skin color, as well as age or gender) in employment decisions. If you have proof that you specifically were not hired or were fired because of D.I.E. (Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity) then lawyer up and file a lawsuit! It can be very lucrative! A fired white Starbucks employee won $25.6 million. YouTube was sued for discriminating against whites and Asians. That lawsuit is ongoing. Don't have enough evidence? Create a fake profile to apply for the same job that you were rejected over. Have the same or less credentials, but apply as a black person.
SOME OF THE MOST EGGREGIOUS EXAMPLES:
IBM's CEO Arvind Krishna uses coercion to fire people and take away their bonuses unless they discriminate in the hiring process.
Coca-Cola has forced employees to complete online racist hate training, telling them to "try to be less white" because whites are oppressive, arrogant, defensive, ignorant, apathetic, and that white children are essentailly white supremacists.
Bank of America, Lowe's, and Truist Financial Corporation sponsored 'training' through a race-mongering non-profit group called The United Way, which urged white employees to "cede power to people of color" and to "reject the smog of their white privilege". The training also promoted the notion that "America is systemically and institutionally racist" and encouraged participants to "decolonize their mind" and get "woke at work". It states that the US is a “racialized society” that uses "race to establish and justify systems of power, privilege, disenfranchisement, and oppression,” which “gives privileges to white people resulting in disadvantages to people of color.” According to the training program, all whites—“regardless of one’s socioeconomic class background or other disadvantages”—are “living a life with white skin privileges.” Even children are implicated in the system of white supremacy: according to the program materials, white toddlers “develop racial biases by ages three to five” and “should be actively taught to recognize and reject the ‘smog’ of white privilege.”
Bank of America's indoctrination program includes a "Racial Equity 21-day Challenge"...
AT&T (which owns CNN) asserts that “American racism is a uniquely white trait” and has declared that “white people, you’re the problem” and “American racism is a uniquely white trait.” On the very first page of training, AT&T states, "White America, if you want to know who’s responsible for racism, look in the mirror.” White employees at AT&T are mandated to confess their “systemic racism” and enjoyment of “white privilege” or face penalties. AT&T employees are also forced to take a ’21-Day Racial Equity Habit Challenge’ in which they promote “reparations,” “defund police,” and “trans activism”.
Verizon has been pushing Critical Race Theory (CRT) on its employees by teaching them that the United States is a fundamentally racist nation, that capitalism is racist, and that white people are to blame. During Verizon's training module, employees are asked to list their race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, religion, education, profession, and sexual orientation on an official company worksheet in order to determine whether they are either an “oppressor” or “oppressed".
Best Buy has a management training program for everyone except white employees.
RACE QUOTAS
Some companies have decided to commit to race quotas by actually keeping track of employees by race, and in doing so have implicitly taken the position that white people have unjustly ‘rigged the system’ and this must be ‘fixed’. Additionally, many have proudly joined OneTen, a coalition that has vowed to essentially replace white employees with black employees over the next 10 years.
BELOW: Levi Strauss Co. keeps track of employees by race.
KontoorBrands (owns Lee Jeans, Wrangler Jeans, Rock & Republic, VF Outlet) keeps track of employees by race and gender.
The Carrier home appliances company keeps track of employees by race and gender, and boasts that since 2015, they have 'successfully' increased their percentage of female executives, executives of color, and professionals of color.
BELOW: From Carrier's 'Social Impact' page
Liberty Mutual Insurance keeps track of employees by race and has a 2025 race quota goal of hiring fewer white people. In just the first year, the company says that they have made 'progress' in altering employee 'representation' (AKA discrimination by skin pigmentation).
Carter's clothing keeps track of employees by race (as well as gender and age) under the guise of being 'socially responsible', and has explicitly stated on their 'social responsibility' report that they want to 'increase racial and ethic diversity at the Vice president and district manager level' (AKA inherently discriminate against whites)....
O'Reilly Auto Parts keeps track of employees by race and gender.
Southwest Airlines keeps track of employees by race and gender. Southwest formed what they call a 'steering committee' to discriminate based on race, gender, and possibly other metrics (sexual preference?)...
BJ's Wholesale keeps a scorecard of who they hire by race and gender, presumably to show that fewer whites are being hired.
Costco keeps track of employees based on gender and race...
BELOW: The SoFi company wants to reduce white employees in management by 12 1/2% by 2023.
BELOW: Wyndham Hotels keeps track of employees by race and gender.
BELOW: The PLZ Corp wants more 'diversity' and keeps track of employees by race and gender.
BELOW: Smithfield food company keeps track of employees by race and wants to hire less white employees. The company also wants to reduce white-owned suppliers by 14% by 2025, and specifically wants to fund 'historically black colleges and universities'.
BELOW: American Airlines has 'representation goals' (AKA race quotas) based on skin pigmentation.
BELOW: American Airlines keeps track of employees by race
BELOW: Audi wants to hire less white people by 2025
BELOW: The Genuine Parts company keeps track of employees by race/gender, and wants to hire more 'diverse talent' (AKA hire fewer white people and men). Genuine Parts evidently teaches critical race theory through 'unconscious bias training'. Genuine Parts gaslights the nefariousness of their racial and gender discrimination with happy language like 'belonging', 'dignity', 'fairness', and 'sustainablity'. Then, as they boast about their racist/sexist initiatives, Genuine Parts has the gall to 'denounce racism and bigotry'. Genuine Parts is utterly devoid of introspection.
Expedia requires 'equitable hiring practices'. Expedia also says 'We will drive change in our communities to promote racial equity in technology' and 'We must do more than speak up and stand with Black people battling systemic injustice'.
Stanley Tools / Black & Decker requires 'equity training' for company leaders, and is committed to racial and gender 'equity'. They want to expand partnerships with minority and women-owned businesses from 3% to 10% by 2025. In order to execute their discriminatory selection process, they inherently must ask companies for their racial and gender breakdowns.
Starbucks discriminates based on race. Even after being threatened with a lawsuit, they continue to keep their discrimination policies. In typical Orwellian fashion, they use creative terms to mask the nefariousness of their racist practices: Leadership Accelerator Program, BIPOC Representation, Diverse Suppliers.
The Nazis were unabashed in their racist ideology. Similarly, large corporations are open and proud of their racism, although they use the Orwellian tactic of coming up with happy buzzwords to mask the nefariousness of their race quotas, such as 'sustainability', D.I.E. (Diversity, Inclusion, Equity), and 'inspiring confidence every day'. Levi Strauss describes their indoctrination training as 'empowering', as an exercise in 'belonging', a 'learning experience', as 'takeaways to life', and finding our 'authentic selves'.
Many companies lavishly fund various race-mongering ‘charity’ groups to advance their racist ideologies. Some of the biggest offenders include:
Walmart is contributing a whopping $100 million over five years to create a new center for 'racial equity'.
Nike is donating $40 million over four years to social justice organizations that support the violent, Marxist Black Lives Matter movement.
Amazon.com donated $10 million to organizations that are "working to bring about social justice and improve the lives of Black and African Americans".
T.J. Maxx has committed to donating $10 million to organizations such as the NAACP in order to "support racial justice and equity".
Puma donated in excess of 3 million dollars to "work on criminal justice reform" (AKA dismantle the justice system).
Coca-Cola is donating $2.5 million to the NAACP, Equal Justice Initiative, and the National Center for Civil and Human Rights.
Sephora is donating more than $1 million to various race-mongering groups.
Anastasia Beauty is donating $1 million to groups including Black Lives Matter, The Innocence Project, The NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund, Black Visions Collective, and The Marshall Project.
Warby Parker is donating $1 million to fight 'systemic racism'.
McDonald's is donating $1 million to the NAACP and the National Urban League.
Haggen Northwest Fresh (Owned by Albertson's) is asking customers at checkout to 'donate to help advocate for DIE awareness'. Haggen's charity donates to the Northwest Justice Project, which seeks to challenge “structural and racial inequities to promote the long-term well-being of low-income individuals, families and communities across Washington State” (NOTE: All racist weasel words). The Haggen Foundation also reportedly donates to the Northwest Immigrants Rights Project and Empower Next Generations, organizations that often speak about stopping “systemic oppression” and advocating for diversity and inclusion. Haggen uses familiar dystopian buzz words like 'Inspire Change'.
Some of the parallels between corporate wokeism and early Nazi Germany:
Feb 1933 - The weekly publication, Der Stürmer was devoted primarily to antisemitic propaganda and promoting hatred against the Jews. The motto of the paper was “The Jews are our misfortune.”
Parallels: The basis of CRT is that white people are to blame for the social and economic misfortunes of people of color.
Feb 2, 1933 - Political demonstrations are banned within Germany.
Parallels: Many companies have such toxic work environments that employees who dissent are fired, demoted, or prevented from rising up the corporate ladder. McDonald's punishes executives if they hire too many white people. Lucas Film fired Gina Carano for comparing being a Republican to being Jewish in early Nazi Germany. A creative way of getting rid of conservative employees has been to impose mandatory vaccinations on employees. Sirius Radio fired Mark Lye for saying that the NBA is boring. Cisco fired employees for posting negative comments about the violent Marxist group Black Lives Matter in the comment section of virtual all-hands meetings. Alaska Airlines fired a flight attendant, allegedly for her Christian beliefs. Levi Strauss fired brand president, Jennifer Sey for repeatedly speaking out against draconian COVID restrictions in schools and mask mandates. When she appeared on FOX to talk about the harm lockdown had on kids, this enraged the Levi Strauss staff, who considered it 'racist'. CEO Charles V. Bergh said it was 'untenable' for her to remain with the company. She was offered $1 million to be quiet and leave, which she refused. After she was forced out, Levi falsely said that she 'resigned'.
April 1, 1933 - A boycott of all Jewish shops in Germany is instigated by the S.A. This action was also directed against Jewish physicians, lawyers and merchants. Jewish students were forbidden to attend schools and universities. Due to international outrage and the apathy of many non-Jewish Germans, Hitler orders the boycott limited to a single day.
Parallels: Some companies have vowed to buy more from vendors/suppliers that are not white-owned or that have less than 50% white employees. By doing so, they are inherently 'boycotting' some white-owned suppliers. Food Lion discriminates against white suppliers [1, 2]. Both Molson/Coors and Tractor Supply Company want 'more diverse' suppliers. AmEx gave preferential contracts to suppliers just because the heads of those companies happen to be Black. Cracker Barrel has a 'diversity and inclusion strategy' involving vendors and suppliers. Sephora reserved 15 percent of its shelf space for products made by black-owned companies. Pfizer's CEO, Albert Bourla is a race hustler who called for "all Pfizer partners, suppliers and other stakeholders to stand with us and speak up against racial discrimination and injustice” and pushed for "real change".
April 7, 1933 - Hitler bans Jews from the practice of law, and from jobs in the civil service. Jewish government workers in Germany are ordered to retire.
Parallels: By having race quotas, corporations are essentially banning some whites from being hired. Also reminiscent of Joe Biden banning anyone except women of color for the jobs of a vice president and SCOTUS. Joe Biden has asserted that 74+ million supporters of Donald Trump are white supremacists, by saying, "This MAGA crowd is the most extreme political organization that's existed in American history." Corporations donated millions to Joe Biden's campaign.
April 11, 1933 - The German government begins employment and economic sanctions against Jews.
Parallels: Company race-quotas!
April 11, 1933 - The Nationalpolitische Erziehungsanstalten (National Political Educational Institutes) are established as training schools for Nazi Party cadets.
Parallels: Reminiscent of teaching CRT in schools, corporations, in the media, etc.
April 25, 1933 - The Law for Preventing Overcrowding in German Schools and Schools of Higher Education takes effect; the law restricts enrollment of Jews.
Parallels: This is happening now in schools, in companies, etc. Race quotas inherently take the position that whites are 'overcrowding' the workplace. A Wisconsin school district claims that white people cannot be discriminated against. Staten Island’s District 31 superintendent vowed to get rid of white principals one by one and "clean up this island".
May 10, 1933 - Books deemed of “un-German spirit,” most of them Jewish, are burned on Unter den Linden, opposite the University of Berlin, and throughout Germany. More than 20,000 volumes are destroyed.
Parallels: Reminiscent of Amazon.com canceling books, YouTube removing videos and channels, as wells as Twitter, Facebook, Nextdoor, and others canceling conservatives. The tearing down of statues, as it is cheered on by corporate media.
June 1, 1933 - Germany introduces the Law for Reduction of Unemployment, which provides for marriage loans and other incentives to genetically “fit” Germans.
Parallels: Company race-quotas, equal wage mandates.
Sept 29, 1933 - Hitler approves the decree forbidding German Jews from the occupation of farming.
Parallels: While company race-quotas, don’t completely forbid employing whites, they limit white employees. They, in essence, forbid some white employees from being hired.
Oct 4, 1933 - Editor Law: Exclusion of Jewish editors. The Editor Law calls for racially pure journalism and forces the dismissal across Germany of Jewish reporters and publishing executives. A codicil strips newspaper editors of power over content.
Parallels: Mainstream media companies are dominated by left-wing propaganda. Big Tech companies uses their algorithms to prioritize these left-wing outlets. Academia is dominated by left-wing indoctrination.
Oct 11, 1933 - The German Finance Minister Publishes new anti-Jewish Economic Measures.
Parallels: Big Tech companies demonetize conservatives.
December 1933 - The German News Bureau (DNB) is established to feed propagandistic “news” to Germany’s newspapers.
Parallels: Big Tech companies prioritiz left-wing media company propaganda.
Jan 1, 1934 - The Nazis remove Jewish holidays from the official German calendar.
Parallels: The renaming of schools, renaming of sports teams, removal of statues, etc, was all cheered on by corporate media propaganda.
Jan 24, 1934 - A Lutheran minister opposed to the Reich Church is beaten by Nazi thugs.
Parallels: ANTIFA and BLM use violence and intimidation. ANTIFA and BLM are cheered on and protected by corporate media propaganda. Organizations like the Minnesota Freedom Fund and the Bail Project are lavishly funded by corporations such as SoFi, Nationwide Insurance, Bioderma, Biossance, Colour Pop Cosmetics, Rare Beauty, For Love and Lemons, One Fighting Championship, etc.
Beyond corporate wokeism, there are of course many more parallels to early Nazi Germany:
March 21, 1933 - Special Nazi courts are set up to deal with political dissidents.
Parallels: Democrats have abused their power to constantly attempt to remove Donald Trump from politics forever. Corporations have pulled Trump products from their stores. CEOs and corporations have voiced opposition to Trump. Social media has banned Donald Trump.
1933 - Jewish Social Democratic politician Ernst Heilmann is arrested.
Parallels: The witch hunt of Donald Trump, his family, attorneys, and his allies such as Michael Flynn and Roger Stone.
April 1934 - Germany establishes the Volksgericht (People’s Court) to deal with enemies of the state; there is no trial by jury and no right of appeal.
Parallels: January 6 protestors held without bail. Peaceful protestors like Dr. Simone Gold are sentenced to prison time for merely trespassing by partisan democrat appointed judges. Meanwhile BLM/ANTIFA rioters are bailed out by Kamala Harris, and by charities such as the Bail Project and the Minnesota Freedom Fund that are funded by woke corporations.
May 17, 1934 - German Jews are no longer entitled to health insurance.
Parallels: New York state instituted a policy whereby whites may not be eligible for antibodies and antivirals, while nonwhites are. They gave discrimination a happy title, "Health care equity". The New York City 'Taskforce on Racial Inclusion & Equity' prioritized 13 test sites to mostly non-white North Shore neighborhoods over the mostly white South Shore, which received no test sites. Kamala Harris says that Florida hurricane aid should be given to essentially communites where people of color live first.

Beware that D.I.E. won't die. They'll just rename it. For example, PepsiCo offered $20,000 in grants and six months of mentorship to ten “high-potential emerging Hispanic-owned food and beverage small businesses,” while offering some with an additional $100,000 in grants. In response to blowback over Pepsi's racism, Pepsi simply modified their language. Instead of requiring that businesses be Hispanic-owned, they look for product that is “is inspired by Hispanic flavors and cultures.” Essentially, a sneaky way to continue discriminating by race.
