Nextdoor
The Censorship Industrial Complex
THE BAD:
We have a fundamental human right to discuss political, medical, and social issues in our society. Nextdoor doesn't believe in free speech. Nextdoor censors conservative speech, just as the other Big Tech tyrants do.
For starters, Nextdoor facilitates thread starter censorship. They allow a thread starter to shut down their thread if the comments don't play out the way they want them to.
Nextdoor moderators also remove comments that don't adhere to left-wing GroupThink. Then, the conservative commenter will receive an infraction notice of something to this effect:
Here are some actual examples of truthful information that Nextdoor has flagged as "medical misinformation" and removed...
CDC statistics showing the COVID-19 death rates for those without comorbidities.
A quote from the New York Times that "There is not a single documented Covid infection anywhere in the world from casual outdoor interactions, such as walking past someone on a street or eating at a nearby table."
A CDC Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System statistic that 11,405 people in the US had died following getting vaccinated.
The fact that a University of Louisville study found that masks have zero effect in the United States at stopping the spread of COVID-19.
A quote from the CDC that "To our knowledge, only 1 randomized controlled trial has been conducted to examine the efficacy of cloth masks in healthcare settings, and the results do not favor use of cloth masks".
A study by the Cleveland Clinic that found that natural immunity is as effective as vaccination immunity.
The fact that Alameda County in California, reduced its COVID death toll by 25% after officials insisted that deaths be attributed to Covid only if the virus was a direct or contributing factor.
The fact that the Lancet Medical Journal endorsed an anti-hydroxychloroquine 'study' that wasn't peer reviewed, then later retracted their endorsement.
The fact that the Lancet refused to publish any argument that the virus came from the Wuhan lab, and that in January 2021, 14 global experts had their letters rejected by the Lancet editor.
The fact that the New England Journal of Medicine called for Trump to be voted out.
Let us know what truthful comments of yours have been removed by Nextdoor's censors.
Eventually, if you continue to post factual information, Nextdoor will just disable your account for 30 days...
Nextdoor removed this survey that showed the vaccine killed more people than COVID.
Nextdoor also bans and removes speech that challenges the results of the 2020 election. Hypocritically, NextDoor has never banned speech that challenges the results of the 2016 election (falsely claiming that Hilary Clinton (D) won), nor have they banned speech that challenges the results of the 2018 Georgia gubernatorial election (falsely claiming that Stacey Abrams (D) won).
Nextdoor bans the phrase "all lives matter" and considers it racist.
Nextdoor encourages snitches...
Nextdoor is against North Carolina's bathroom bill.
Co-founder, Prakash Janakiraman donated to Swing Left, which was created in response to Donald Trump to help Democrats win.
CEO, Sarah Friar is obsessed with women's tribalism.
Samya Sattar, a 'Product - Feed Experience' employee at Nextdoor, donated to 'Fight For a Better America', which seeks to flip districts and states from red to blue.
CENSORSHIP: Nextdoor wants to stop negative speech about vagrants...
Nextdoor bans the sale of guns on their site.
Nextdoor is based in the Marxist city of San Francisco.
THE GOOD:
Nextdoor has no redeeming qualities.
THE BOTTOM LINE:
Don't waste your time with this Democrat echo chamber.
ALTERNATIVES:
1. Switch to Gab. CEO, Andrew Torba is very committed to protecting free speech. Hosted on their own servers.
2. TRUTH Social - Trump's social media network. Smartphone app, and a web app.
3. Use Gettr.com -- Lauched by Team Trump. Has a functionality that is similar to Twitter.
4. Switch to PublicSq. Community-based (like NextDoor) so you can connect with your neighbors. This is a new platform. Give it time. Based in Carlsbad, CA -- not San Francisco.
